You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all actions performed while logged in.

You agree to use Tailwippets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the platform, servers, or infrastructure.

You may not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools without explicit permission.

You may not upload, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing.

Design systems available on Tailwippets may be created by Tailwippets or by community contributors.

Official Tailwippets styles are free to use, including for commercial projects.

Exported configurations and design tokens may be used, modified, and integrated into your own projects without attribution, unless otherwise stated.

Some community styles may include specific licensing terms, which will be clearly indicated on the style page.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of community-contributed styles complies with any applicable licenses.

Users may submit, publish, or maintain design systems on the platform as community or creator content.

You retain ownership of the original content you publish.

By publishing content on Tailwippets, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

All platform branding, UI, documentation, and proprietary code are the property of Tailwippets or its licensors.

Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of the Tailwippets platform itself.

Third-party logos, frameworks, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Tailwippets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Design systems and exports are provided as starting points and should be reviewed before use in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailwippets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of violations of these terms.

You may stop using Tailwippets at any time.
